General Situation The monsoon trough lies across Myanmar, the upper North of Thailand, Laos and upper Vietnam through the low-pressure cell over the Bay of Tokin. The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and Thailand. Continuous rain with continuous rains. Torrential downpours are also possible for the North, the Northeast, the East and the South. People in the above risk areas should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash flood in a few days.
