General Situation
The strong southwest monsoon remains over the western part of the country and the Gulf of Thailand, and the low-pressure cell covers the lower South China Sea.
Less rain will be likely over the upper country while the South sees more rain than the rest regions. Isolated heavy rains are also possible. The strong winds are leading waves up to 2-3 meters high in the upper Andaman Sea while about 2 meters high in the Gulf. More than 3 meters high is expected in thundershower areas. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Andaman Sea keep ashore lasting 23 June.
