During 1 - 3 Jul 2019, monsoon trough lies across the North and the upper Northeast into the lower pressure over the upper South China Sea while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. More rains with isolated heavy rain is likely over Thailand.

During 27 - 30 Jun 2019, people in the country should beware of heavy rains that might cause flash flood. All ships in Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution and small boats in the upper Andaman Sea should keep ashore.
