Continuous rains will be likely over the upper country and isolated heavy rains are also forecast in western parts of the North, the Central, the East and the South regions. People should beware the severe conditions.
The winds and waves are likely in the Andaman Sea 2-3 meters high and the Gulf about 2 meters high. Both seas are above 3 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships should proceed with caution, and keep off thundershower areas. Small boats keep ashore.
