General Situation The moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the upper Andaman Sea and Thailand while the low pressure cell covers the Gulf of Tonkin. The Northern and the upper Northeast region has more distribution of rain. Especially in the western part of Thailand will have thunderstorms can be occur more than other part. The upper Andaman Sea has waves 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships should proceed with caution.
