General Situation The weaker southwest monsoon prevails across the upper Andaman Sea and Thailand while the low-pressure cell covers upper Viet am. Outbreaks of thundershowers will be likely over the upper North, the upper Northeast and the lower South more than any other regions in spite of less rain forecast over the country. The waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershower areas.
