During 16 - 21 Jul 2019, the southwest monsoon prevailing over the upper Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand will strengthen. More rain will be likely over the whole country with isolated heavy rain in the East and the South. The strong wind waves 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea, above 3 meters in thundershower areas and about 2 meters over upper Gulf of Thailand.
Tropical depression covers Pacific Ocean. It is expected upgrade and to move pass Philippines into upper South China Sea during 17-18 July.
Warning
During 16 - 21 Jul 2019, people in the East and the South should beware heavy rain. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution, keep away from thundershower areas and small boats in the upper Andaman Sea should keep ashore.
