General Situation The strong southwest monsoon prevails across the upper Andaman Sea and Thailand. Isolated heavy rains are possible for the South, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East while the rest see less rain. People should beware of severe condition that may cause flash flood and water runoff.
The strong winds raises the waves up to 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and about 2 meters high in the Gulf but more than 3 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships take more caution and keep off thundershowers, and small boats keep ashore lasting 21 July.

Southern Part (West Coast) Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rain
in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun .
