General Situation The strong southwest monsoon that prevails across the upper Andaman Sea, the South, and the upper Gulf of Thailand has weakened, cause less rain over the East and the South. While strengthening southwest monsoon prevails the upper country accompanied with a low pressure cell in the upper Vietnam. Isolated heavy rains are possible for the upper Thailand.
The moderated wind and waves in the Andaman Sea is likely about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships take more caution and keep off thundershowers.
