General Situation The southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and Thailand while the low-pressure cell covers upper Vietnam. More rains are expected in the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. The weaker wind rises the waves up to 1-2 meters high in the Andaman Sea and about 2 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships take more caution and keep off thundershowers.
