During 6 – 8 Aug 2019, the monsoon trough prevails across Myanmar through Laos and the strong southwest monsoon remains prevail over the Andaman Sea and Thailand. Theses cause, the country is continue rainfall and isolated heavy rain is possible in the North, the Northeast, the central, the East, and the South. The strong wind and waves are likely 2-3 meters in the Andaman Sea, the upper Gulf about 2 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
The tropical storm “WIPHA” over the Gulf of Tokin, Guangxi, China, is expected moving pass upper Vietnam to the Laos during 3 - 4 Aug 2019, and then this storm downgrade to tropical depression and low pressure cell.
