General Situation The monsoon trough lies across the North the upper Northeast to the active low pressure cell over the upper South China Sea. The strong southwest monsoon still prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the upper Gulf of Thailand. The upper country is continue rainfall and isolated heavy rains over the North, the Northeast and the East. People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash flood and possible landslides.
The strong winds rise the waves up to 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea, above 3 meters in thundershower areas and about 2 meters in the upper Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, and small boats keep ashore throughout the period
