During 6 – 7 Aug 2019, the monsoon trough lies across upper part of the North to the low pressure cell over the upper South China Sea. During 8 – 12 Aug 2019, the monsoon trough shift to lies across Laos and upper Vietnam.
The strong southwest monsoon remains prevail over the Andaman Sea Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand throughout the period. Theses cause, the country is continue rainfall and isolated heavy rain is possible in western parts of the North and the Central, the East, and the South. The strong wind and waves are likely 2-3 meters in the Andaman Sea, the upper Gulf about 2 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Warning
During 6 – 8 Aug 2019, people in the North and the East should beware of severe condition. All ship should proceed with caution, keep away from thundershowers and small boats in the Andaman Sea should keep ashore throughout the period.
Northern Part During 6 - 7 Aug, scattered to fairly widespread thundershowers with isolated heavy rain.
During 8 - 12 Aug, scattered thundershowers. Isolated heavy rain, mostly in the western part.
