General Situation The low pressure coevers Laos and upper Vietnam while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the upper Gulf. Thundershowers remain over the whole country with isolated heavy rain in the North, the Northeast and the South
(west coast). People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash flood and water runoff.
The wind waves are likely about 2 meters high in the Andaman Sea, above 2 meters in thundershower areas and 1-2 meters in the upper Gulf.
All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
