The southwest monsoon prevailing across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the upper Gulf will strengthen. These cause more rain over the country and isolated heavy rain in the North, the upper Northeast, the East and the South. During 25 - 27 Aug 2019, the southwest monsoon prevailing across the Andaman Sea Thailand and the upper Gulf cause less rain over the country. The moderate wind waves in the Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters in thundershower areas, 1 - 2 meters in the upper Gulf, and above 2 meters in thundershower areas through out the period.Warning During 21 - 23 Aug 2019, people in the North, the upper Northeast, the Central, the East and the South west coast should beware of severe condition. All ship should proceed with caution, keep away from thundershowers.
