General Situation The monsoon trough lie across the upper North to the low-pressure overs upper Vietnam, and the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. Thundershowers are likely over the country. Isolated heavy rains are forecast in the North, the upper Northeast, the Central, the East and the South (west coast) regions. The winds waves are likely 1-2 meters high in the Andaman Sea and above 2 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
From 22-23 August, people in risk areas of the North and Northeast should beware of the sevear condition.
