Weather Forecast During 22 – 24, monsoon trough lies across the upper North to the low-pressure in the upper Vietnam. Meanwile, the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand, and the upper Gulf. During 25 - 28 Aug 2019, monsoon trough will lie across the North and the upper Northeast including the strengthening southwest monsoon will prevail over the Andaman Sea Thailand, and the upper Gulf. Thundershowers are likely over the country with isolated heavy rains. The moderate wind waves in the Andaman Sea are about 2 meters, 1 - 2 meters in the upper Gulf, and above 2 meters in thundershower areas through out the period.
Tropical storm “Bailu” over the Pacific Ocean is expected to move to the east coast of China. Travelors should check the weather forecast before departure.
Warning People in the North, the upper Northeast, the Central, the East, and the South (west coast) should beware of severe condition. All ship should proceed with caution, keep away from thundershowers through out the period.
