General Situation The monsoon trough lie across the upper North to the low-pressure overs upper Vietnam, and the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. Continueous rains will be likely over the country with isolated heavy rains forecast for the North, the upper Northeast, the East and the South (west coast) regions. People in risk area including lowland should brace for the severe conditions that may cause flash flood and water runoff. The winds waves are likely 1-2 meters high in the Andaman Sea and above 2 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
