General Situation The monsoon trough lie across the North and the upper Northeast to the low-pressure cell over Laos while the strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, the South and the upper Gulf. Thundershowers remain over the country with isolated heavy rains forecast for the North, the Northeast, the East and the South (west coast) regions. People in risk area including lowland should brace for the severe conditions that may cause flash flood and water runoff.
The winds waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the upper Andaman Sea, about 2 meters in the upper Gulf and above 3 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northern Part Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain
in Chaing Rai, Pyayao, Nan, Phrae, Lampang, Uttaradit, Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, Phichit and Phetchabun.

Northeastern Part Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rain
in Loei, Udon Thani, Nong Bua Lamphu, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nakhon Phanom, Sakon Nakhon,
Mukdahan, Roi Et, Kalasin, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.

Central Part Cloudy with scattered thundershowers mostly in Ratchaburi, Kanchanaburi,

in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
