Weather Forecast The monsoon trough lies across the lower North, the upper Central and the Northeast including the strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Thundershowers remains over the whole country and isolated heavy rain in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South (west coast). The moderate wind waves in the Andaman Sea are likely 2-3 meters and above 3 meters high in thundershower areas with about 2 meters in the upper Gulf.
The tropical storm over the east of the Philippines is expected to move to the upper South China Sea.
Warning People in the North, the upper Northeast, the Central, the East, and the South (west coast) should beware of severe condition. All ships should proceed with caution and keep ashore in the upper Andaman Sea throughout the period.
