General Situation The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the low pressure cell covers over Laos and upper Vietnam. Thundershowers remain over the whole country with isolated heavy rain in the Northeast, the East and the South. The winds waves are likely 1-2 meters high in the upper Andaman and the upper Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
