More rains are likely over the upper part of Thailand with isolated heavy rain. The wind and wave in the upper part of Andaman Sea and the upper part of Gulf will strengthen, The wind and wave are likely 1-2 meters high in the upper part of Andaman Sea and the upper part of Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershower areas. During 15 - 18 Sep, the monsoon trough lies across the Central, the lower part of Northeast and the East. The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Thundershowers are expected over the Central, the East and the South with isolated heavy rains. The wind and wave in the Andaman Sea are likely 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershower areas.
