General Situation The monsoon trough lies across the North and the upper parts of Northeast of Thailand to the low-pressure cell over Tonkin Bay. The southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf.
The distribution of rainfalls will be likely over the upper part of the country except for the North and the Northeast. The winds waves are likely 1-2 meters high in the upper Andaman and the upper Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
