The monsoon trough lies across the lower Central, the upper South and the East regions while the strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. The upper Thailand is increasing rain and isolated heavy rain. People should beware of severe conditions.
The strong winds waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the upper Andaman and the upper Gulf and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershower and small boat should keep ashore.
