The moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. Abundant rain with isolated heavy to very heavy rain are forecast for the North, the lower Northeast, the East, the Central includes Bangkok and its Vicinity. People in the risk areas should beware of severe conditions.
The moderate winds waves are likely about 2 meters high in the upper Andaman and the upper Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershower.
