General Situation The moderate high-pressure system from China covers the North, the Northeast, the upper Central and the South China Sea while the monsoon trough lies across the upper South and the Gulf of Thailand. These areas continue rainfall and isolated heavy rain likely in the South. The upper North and the Northeast are decreasing rain and temperature will drop 1-3 C.
The southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand causes the moderate winds waves 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershower.
