General Situation The moderate high-pressure system covers upper Thailand while the monsoon trough lies across the lower South and the Gulf of Thailand. There remains rainfall continuing in spite of decreasing distribution over the country except for the South while the North and the Northeast will get cooler weather with a decrease in temperature by 1-2 C .
The southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand with the moderate winds rise the waves up to 1-2 meters high of both seas and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershower.
