General Situation The weaker high-pressure system over the country and the South China Sea leads to the humidity coving the upper country from the Gulf and the Andaman Sea by the southeasterly winds. In the upper country, there will be light fog in the morning with more rain over the North, the Central and the East regions. All transport should proceed with caution in fog area.
Not affecting Thailand, category 5 Typhoon “MITAG” northeast of Taiwan is heading north to Korea and Japan from 2-3 October. Travelers stay tuned for the weather updated.
