During 12 - 15 Oct, another high pressure from China will cover the Northeast, the North, the upper Central, and the South China Sea. Outbreaks of more rain with gusty wind will be likely in the Northeast, the North, the Central and the East. During 16 - 17 Oct, the moderate high pressure from China still cover upper Thailand. Less rain with strong winds are likely over upper Thailand and dropping temperature by 2-3 C in the North and the Northeast. The strengthening easterly winds prevail over the Gulf of Thailand and the South during 13 - 17 Oct, more rain and isolated heavy rain in the South. The moderate wind waves over the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers areas.
The category 5 typhoon “HAGIBIS” over the western North Pacific Ocean is expected to make landfall over Japan during 11 - 12 Oct 2019. Travelers and all concerned above stay tuned.
