General Situation The moderate high-pressure system covers the North, the Northeast, the Central and the South China Sea. Morning cold with strong winds are likely the North and the Northeast with little decreasing temperature.
The stronger northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South brings about abundance rain with torrential downpours in the South. People should beware of the severe condition that may cause flash flood and water runoff. The moderate winds rise the waves in the lower Gulf up to 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershower. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
