The moderate northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South. Isolated heavy rain is likely in the South. People in the south should beware of the severe condition.
During 29 Oct - 1 Nov, the rather high-pressure from China will extend to cover upper Thailand. Isolated thundershowers with gusty wind are likely over upper Thailand. After that cool with windy, temperature dropping by 2-4 C is likely in the North and the Northeast and temperature dropping by 1-3 C in the East, the Central including Bangkok and vicinity. People in the North and the Northeast should beware your health.
The active low-pressure cell covers the coast of west lower Philippines. It is expected upgrade to tropical depression and move to the South China Sea during 28-29 Oct 2019 not affect to Thailand a few days.
