The upper Northeast is morning cool and temperature will drop 1-3C. Isolated thundershowers will be likely in the North, Th lower Central, the East include Bangkok and vicinity.
The moderate northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South. Isolated heavy rain is likely in the South. People in the south should beware of the severe condition.
The active low-pressure cell covers the South China Sea develop to tropical depression and it is moving west. Expected, it will move to the south of Vietnam on 30 Oct, 2019 and will move to Cambodia in the next time. This cause is effect weather condition of Thailand.
