Weather Forecast: During 29 Oct – 1 Nov, another moderate high pressure extends to cover the upper country and the South China Sea while during 30 Oct – 1 Nov, the tropical depression over the South China Sea is expected to tropical storm and will make landfall over Vietnam, then move pass Cambodia, the Northeast and the East. Outbreak of thundershower with isolated heavy rain and gusty wind are forecast for the upper country while 3-5C drops with morning cool. The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with isolated heavy rain over the South. The moderate wind and waves are likely about 2 meters high in the Gulf and above 2 merters high in thundershower. During 2 - 4 Nov, the high pressure covers the upper North, the upper Northeast and the South China Sea. Isolated rain are forecast for the upper country. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South and cause isolated heavy rain remains over the South.
