Weather Forecast During 30 Oct – 2 Nov, the the category 3 (Tropical Storm) “Matmo”over the Middle China Sea is expected to make landfall over Vietnam, then decreas its intensity before moving pass Cambodia, lower Northeast, lower Central, and the East. This cause is effect weather condition of Thailand in lower Northeast, the East, lower Central, and upper South. Isolated heavy to very heavy rain is likely over the areas. The strenghening northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South. Isolated heavy rain over the South. The wind and waves are likely about 2-3 meters high in the lower Gulf and above 2 merters high in thundershower areas. During 30 Oct – 5 Nov, the moderate high pressure still cover the upper Thailand cause cool to cold weather in the morning and temperature drops 3-5 C are forecast for the area. During 3 – 5 Nov,The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South, remain isolated heavy rain still over the South. The moderate wind and waves are likely about 2 meters high in the Gulf and above 2 merters high in thundershower areas. Warning During 30 Oct – 2 Nov, People over the upper country should beware of severe condition and should keep healthy. People in the lower Northeast, the East, lower Central, and the South should beware of the weather conditions that may cause flash floods and water runoff.
