Weather Forecast During 1 – 3 Nov, the low pressure cell covers Cambodia and the eastern part of Thailand will moving pass the upper South to upper Andaman Sea while the moderate high pressure still cover the upper Thailand. These cause are effect upper Thailand is cool weather in the morning with isolated rain. The moderaterd northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the upper South. Continue rainfall and isolated heavy rain. During 4 – 7 Nov, other moderate high pressure will extend to the upper North wnd the Northeast Thailand cause while low pressure cell cover the Phillipines will to the middle South China Sea and forecast it will intensify. These cause are still cool weather in the morning. While in the South, southwesterly winds will prevail. Causing such areas to continuously rain and heavy rain in some places. Moderate wind-wave in the Gulf of Thailand.Warning People in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to cold weather and falling rain. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers areas thoughout of preriod.
