At 1.00 a.m. LST on 5 November, a category 1 active low-pressure cell over the middle South China Sea is develop into category 2 tropical depression or latitude 13.5 degree North, Longitude 114.5 degree East. This storm is moving east slowly and maximum sustained winds near center about 55 kilometers/hour.
