General Situation The moderate high pressure covers Laos and the Northeast of Thailand. The North and the Northeast see morning cool while outbreaks of isolated thundershowers will be likely over the North, and the coast of the East. The monsoon trough lies across the upper South to category 3 tropical storm NARKRI in the middle South China Sea. The south is still warned of continuous rainfalls.
The category 3 NAKRI is moving east slowly but later turning west. From 10-11 November, it is forecast to move closer to the coast of middle Vietnam without impact on Thailand. Travelers stay tuned for the weather updated.
