During 8 - 12 Nov, another moderate high pressure areas will extend to upper Thailand and cause cool weather and decreasing temperature by 3-5C. While during 10-11 Nov, category 4 severe tropical storm “NAKRI” over the middle South China Sea will make landfall over the middle Vietnam and has effect to isolated rain is likely in the lower Northeast, the Central and the East.
The northeast monsoon prevail over the the Gulf and the South thoughout of preriod. Abundant rain and isolated heavy rain over the South.

During 8 – 12 Nov, people in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to cool weather. People over the South should beware of heavy rain throughout the period. Travelers to middle Vietnam to check the weather before departure.
Northern Part
During 8 - 12 Nov, morning coo and 2-4C drop in temperature with isolated thundershowers.
Minimum temperature 16-22C. Maximum temperature 30-33C. Cold on mountaintops Minimum temperature 8-12 C. After that, increasing in temperature with light fog and isolated thundershowers.
Minimum temperature 18-23C. Maximum temperature 32-34C. Cold on mountaintops Minimum temperature 9-14 C.
