During 8 - 10 Nov, the rather strong high pressure areas covers upper Thailand cause cool to cold weather, windy and decreasing temperature by 3-5C. During 11 - 12 Nov, high pressure areas cover upper Thailand will weakening. Increasing in temperature by 1-3C while isolated rain is likely over upper Thailand, still cool in the North and the Northeas. After that during 13 - 15 Nov, another rather strong high pressure areas will extend to cover upper Thailand. Cool to cold weather with windy, decreasing temperature by 3-5C is likely over upper Thailand.
The northeast monsoon prevails over the the Gulf and the South thoughout of preriod. Abundant rain is likely over the South.
Category 4 severe tropical storm “NAKRI” over the middle South China Sea will make landfall over the middle Vietnam during 10-11 Nov, and has effect to isolated rain is likely in the lower Northeast and the East.
