General Situation The high-pressure system over upper Thailand is weakening with morning cool and fog remaining. The low-pressure cell covers the Cambodia affecting isolated rain to the lower Northeast and the East in a few days. People stay safe and keep healthy.
The northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South causes continuous rainfalls likely over the South.
From 13-15 November, another rather strong high-pressure system from China will cover upper Thailand with outbreaks of thundershowers followed by cooler weather and strong winds. In the North and the Northeast, temperatures decrease by 3-5 C while in the Central and the East they decrease by 2-4 C.
