During 12 - 13 Nov, high pressure areas covering upper Thailand will weaken and cause increasing in temperature by 1-3C with isolated rain. Morning cool and light fog are likely over the upper country. The weak northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South and cause less rain in the South. During 14 - 18 Nov, another rather strong high pressure areas will extend the upper country. Cool to cold weather with windy, and decreasing temperature by 3-5C are likely over upper Thailand while thundershowers are forecast in the few days at first. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South will strengthen. More rain with isolated heavy rain are expected in the South. The moderate wind and waves are likely about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower.
Category 2 tropical depression “NAKRI” over middle Vietnam is downgraded to the low cell and disintegrated.
Warning
During 14 – 18 Nov, people in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due cool to cold weather. People in the South should beware of isolated heavy rain. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away thundershowers.
