It is expected to cover the North and the Central by today (14 November 2019). Isolated rain is forecast over the North and the Central. People in the upper country should keep caution due to the poor visibility and stay safe and keep healthy.
The strong northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South with isolated heavy rain over in the South. The moderate wind and waves are likely in the lower Gulf of Thailand, about 2 meters high of waves and above 2 meters in the thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
