During 19–22 Nov, another rather strong high pressure areas will extend to the upper country. Cool to cold weather with windy, and decreasing temperature by 2-4C are likely over upper Thailand, cold to very cold with isolated frost on mountaintops minimum temperature 4-11C. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South will strengthen. More rain is expected in the South. The moderate wind and waves are likely about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower. During 23-25 Nov, the high pressure areas covering upper Thailand will weaken and cause increasing in temperature by 1-3C. Morning cool and light fog are likely over the upper country, cold to very cold on mountaintops minimum temperature 6-12C. The weak northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South and cause less rain in the South.
