Cool to cold weather with windy, and decreasing temperature by 1-3C are likely over upper Thailand, cold to very cold with isolated frost on mountaintops minimum temperature 6-14C. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South will strengthen. More rain is expected in the South. The moderate wind and waves are likely about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower. During 23-24 Nov, the high pressure areas covering upper Thailand will weaken and cause increasing in temperature. Morning cool and fog are likely over the upper country, cold to very cold on mountaintops minimum temperature 5-12C. The weak northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South and cause less rain in the South. During 25-26 Nov, Another rather strong high pressure areas will extend to cover the Northeast and the South China Sea cause light rain in the first is likely in the Northeast and slight drop in temperature.
