General Situation The rather strong high-pressure system reaches upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Morning cool with strong wind are likely over upper Thailand. Flat area in the upper North: morning cool to cold with minimum temperature 15-19 C and cold to very cold on mountaintops minimum temperature 6-14 C.
The strong northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South cause isolated heavy rain middle in the South. People in the South should beware of severe condition. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters and about 3 meters in thundershower in the lower Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers, small boats keep offshore.
