During 30 Nov-1 Dec 2019, Another rather strong high pressure areas will extend to cover upper Thailand effect decreasing temperature by 1-3?C. Whilemean, the strenghening northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf of Thailand and the South. Cause more rain with heavy rain in many areas and isolated very heavy rain from Surat Thani southward. Wind wave in the lower Gulf is 2-3 meters high.Warning During 25 Nov – 1 Dec, People in the lower South from Surat Thani southward should beware of accumulated rain condition. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers, small boats keep offshore. People in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due cold weather and should carefully consider the visual areas of fog as well.
