General Situation The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf Thailand and South. Isolated heavy rain is likely in the lower South. People in the South should beware of severe conditions.
The strong wind and waves are forecast for 2-3 meters in the lower Gulf, in thundershower areas with wave heights above
3 meters. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats over the lower Gulf keep ashore until 30 November 2019.
The moderates high pressure covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Morning cool is likely over upper Thailand and 1-3 C drop in temperature. Flat area in the North and the Northeast: morning cool with minimum temperature 16-18 C and cold to very cold on mountaintops minimum temperature 6-14 C.
