Weather Forecast During 27–30 Nov, the moderate high pressure area still covers upper Thailand cause this aerea remains morning cool with fog and cold to very cold on mountaintops. During 1-3 Dec 2019, Another rather strong high pressure areas will extend to cover Northeastern Thailand and South China Sea effect decreasing temperature by 2-5 C. While, the strenghening northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf of Thailand and the South thoughout of preriod. Cause continue rainfall with isolated heavy rain to very heavy rain mostly from Surat Thani southward. Wind wave in the lower Gulf is 2-3 meters high.Warning During 27 Nov – 3 Dec, People in the lower South from Surat Thani southward should beware of accumulated rain condition. All ships should proceed with caution and keep away from thundershowers, small boats keep offshore. People in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due cold weather and should carefully consider the visual areas of fog as well.
