General Situation The moderate high pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. The strong northeast monsoon still prevails across the Gulf Thailand. Continue rainfall with isolated heavy rain will be likely in the South while the strong winds from Surat Thani northward rise ups the waves up about 2 meters high, from Nakhon Si Thammarat southward the waves 2-4 meters high, and in thundershower areas the waves above 4 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats over the lower Gulf keep ashore lasting 30 November. People in the Gulf’s side should beware of accumulated rainfall and flash flood.
In the upper part of Thailand, it is cool in the morning with day fair sky. Along the plain of the North and the Northeast, minimum temperatures will be forecast 16-22 C. Cold to very cold will be seen on mountaintops with minimum 8-15 C.
