Weather Forecast: During 29 Nov – 2 Dec, the moderate high pressure area still covers upper Thailand cause this aerea remains cool to cold, 1-2C drop in temperature over the North and the Northeast while cold to very cold on mountaintops minimum temperature 6-13 C. Morning cool is likely in the Central and the East. Isolated heavy rain is forecast in the lower South. During 3 - 5 Dec 2019, Another rather strong high pressure areas will extend to cover upper Thailand and South China Sea. Decreasing temperature by 3-5C, cool to cold with windy is likely in the North and the Northeast while cold to very cold with isolated frost on mountaintops minimum temperature 3-11 C. Decreasing temperature by 2-4C, cool with windy is likely in the Central and the East. Less rain is forecast in the South. The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf of Thailand and the South thoughout of preriod. The wind wave in the lower Gulf is 2-4 meters high and above 4 meters high thoughout of preriod.
Typhoon “KAMMURI” over Pacific Ocean. It is expected move pass Philippines to the middle South China Sea during 3-4 December 2019 after that downgrade and no effect to Thailand.
